JONATHAN HOCKLESS

Jonathan Hockless is an Attorney at Orihuela & Associates, PLLC where he is involved in all phases of litigation.   He is present with the client from the day they sign up all the way till the case is settled and monies are disbursed.   He has experience in case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, mediation, settlement negotiations and trial preparations. 

Jonathan is heavy handed in his negotiations with insurance companies. He is not one to get bullied by big insurance companies and corporate America. He is quick to file suit against an unfair insurance company the second he believes they are trying to take advantage of his client.   He will take the insurance company to task. 

Jonathan has earned his Juris Doctor, with honors, from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas, and is admitted to practice in Texas and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.  He also maintains active involvement in several professional organizations, including the Houston Young Lawyers Association and the Houston Lawyers Association.  Drawing on his background in research, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution, he zealously advocates for clients throughout every stage of the litigation process.

Outside of the office, Jonathan is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church.
